I cannot set up the ETON AIR, what could be causing this?
  • Make sure that your router is switched on
  • Check the router's settings to ensure that all ports are enabled
  • Make sure that your smartphone/tablet is connected to the same network
  • If you have purchased multiple speakers, only ever switch on one at a time to set them up (power switch)
  • Switch off mobile network and Wi-Fi support in your smartphone settings
  • Make sure that Bluetooth is switched on in your smartphone settings
  • Reset the speaker if required
